A simple wellness guide you design for yourself!

Are you living as healthy as you possibly can? Are you frustrated with all the "do it this way" type of programs? Are you sick of "for just $19.95..."? Well...THIS SIMPLE WELLNESS GUIDE IS FREE! It is all about you making healthy choices.

By choosing a few simple ideas that fit into your lifestyle, you begin to take control of your own health. This does not add stress to your live...this helps to eliminate it.

Now, I am talking about all over health. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial and environmental. This is a guide to help you choose what you want. Get the information you need and leave the rest.

Physically, if you choose 1-3 simple movements each day, you are beginning. Something like sitting in a chair and moving different body parts. How about taking the stairs instead of the elevator? What about parking one more space away from the front entrance at work? At home, walk to the corner and back just once. Smoking, as we know, is hazardous to our health. How do you quit? One day at a time.

Of course, ask your doctor what is best for you.

Mental Wellness

Mentally, we can get caught up in some unhealthy gymnastics! "I think I know what you are thinking!" "Now if I do this, then they will do that." "If only...". "I don't have the time right now". "Yeah, but..."

Emotional Wellness

Emotionally, we learn how to express feelings in an unhealthy or healthy manner. Did you know that "I feel "that" you..." is a blaming thought, not a true feeling statement? When we share how we truly feel, we become real. When we become real, we learn to communicate on a healthy level and have real relationships.

Spiritual Wellness

Spirituality can become blocked by an unhealthy definition of it. Take a look at your belief system and look at other ideas. You may discover that you now have a different idea than when you were younger.

Financial Wellness

Financially, we may all be looking for better ways to make money. Check out what some of the experts do to become comfortable. Even a little money in the piggy bank sure makes me feel good. Environmental Wellness

Environmental wellness consists of being comfortable, safe and clean. Finding inexpensive ways to accomplish this can be timesaving. I would rather be spending time with my family than cleaning a toilet!
