A simple wellness guide you design for yourself

Put healthy living into your life. The first step is the awareness that you really can do this! Follow some simple ideas and you will begin a fun journey right away. This is not adding any more stress to your life. This is about making healthy changes to your life. Attitude is the beginning. "I am making changes, TODAY!"

I am talking about all over health. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial and environmental. Here is the guide...you choose what you want to change. Get the information and gain the understanding true healthy living. Also, share your ideas with others!

Physically, if you choose 1-3 simple movements each day, you are already starting! Something like sitting in your chair at work and moving different body parts. How about taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Park one more space away from the door.

We can get caught up in some unhealthy mental gymnastics! "I think I know what you are thinking!" "Now if I do this, then they will do that." "If only...". "I don't have the time right now".

Learn how to express your feelings in a healthy manner. Did you know that "I feel that you..." is a blaming thought, not a true feeling? When we share how we truly feel, we become real. When we become real, we can communicate on a healthy level.

Spirituality is the key that balances our lives. Take a look at your belief system and look at other thoughts.

See what some of the experts do and what some of us commoners do for financial wellness. Even a little money in the bank sure makes me feel good. Cut back in areas I know I never thought of.
